What is the price if I don’t book an early bird Pass at £97?
The Early Bird rate guarantees you a set price of £97 + VAT, after which point it will be charged at a general ticket price of £120 + VAT.
Do I get a certificate?
You absolutely do!! Yes, all of those who complete our live conference event day will gain an Association for Coaching CPD Accredited digital certificate.
Can I gain access to the conference recordings?
Yes, for a bonus extra £25 you can gain lifetime access to all recordings sent to your email of choice for the event you’re booked into.
NB: Recordings will be sent after events are complete.
Are refunds available?
All ticket sales are final but we will gladly allow you to change the named person attending up until 7 days before the event.
What are the event timings on the day?
Registration opens at 08:30 with a welcome cuppa and biccy with the event starting at 09:15am. We will have a mid-morning and mid-afternoon tea break. There will be a lunch hour where you can vacate the premises and enjoy some fresh air and we aim to finish the day at 16:30 with networking available at the bar from 5pm onwards.
Will lunch be provided?
We invite you to enjoy the delicacies of the local area during the lunch break, lunch is not provided. However, there will be plenty of tea, coffee and refreshments throughout the day.
Will the venue be accessible for all?
Yes, we will ensure that the venue for each event will be within a very short distance from the main city train stations as well as being one that is selected for being fully accessible to cater for everyone’s mobility and accessibility needs.
