Here you will learn how to increase your EQ via four core EQ skills that enable you to achieve your fullest potential of Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness and Relationship Management.
You will learn about the 4 Stages of Psychological Safety to feel included, safe to learn, safe to contribute and safe to challenge the status quo all without fear of being embarrassed, marginalised or punished in any way.
This is the final action planning session where you will formulate your own Supercharged Strategy to develop a People Centred Approach and Culture in your organisation.
