How many hours of learning content is available on this self-directed programme?
There is over 4 hours of recorded video content as well as many more hours of self-study including workbook activities, recommended reading, and online assessments. As a learner, we recommend that you dedicate 20 hours of learning and self-study time to complete this programme. In addition, we recommend that you evidence at least 10 hours of coaching practice.
Will I gain any professional certification or accreditation completing this programmer of learning?
No, you will not gain any professionally recognised certification or accreditation. However, you will receive a ‘Certificate of Completion’ once you have worked your way through the online modules, competed the short online assessment and evidenced your coaching hours. The Certificate of Completion will demonstrate that you have completed a programme of learning provided by an accredited organisation.
How do I evidence my learning and coaching practice on this programme?
We ask that you provide a coaching hours log evidencing 10 hours of coaching practice. This should be coaching with a client on either a paid or pro bono basis. The learning content guides you on how to do this. We can support you with co-coaching practice if you upgrade to join the DNA Coaching Club for one month.
What if I need assistance on this programme, will I have support?
You have access to a dedicated mailbox where you can correspond with our learning coordinator an courses tutors who will respond within 24 hours.
