The Contents
Workshop 1: Leadership Styles & Leading with Values
This module explores self-awareness and personal leadership. Participants will delve into their values, strengths, and leadership style. We also focus on Emotional Intelligence (EI) and ethical leadership principles. Participants will learn how to lead with empathy, integrity and authenticity, enhancing their leadership DNA.
Workshop 2: Creating a Psychologically Safe Inclusive Culture
Leaders will learn how to implement the THRIVE Team Mindset to foster psychological safety and inclusion, building a culture of trust, collaboration, and diversity. The workshop examines leadership behaviours that influence workplace culture and provides practical strategies to enhance team engagement and performance.
Workshop 3: Emotional Intelligence, Communication & Ethical Influence
This workshop focuses on developing emotional intelligence to improve self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal relationships. Leaders will enhance their communication skills to create clarity, alignment, and trust within their teams. Additionally, the module explores ethical influence, equipping leaders to use persuasion responsibly to lead with integrity and impact.
Workshop 4: Feedback, Recognition & Accountability
Leaders will master the art of giving and receiving constructive feedback to drive performance and continuous improvement. The workshop covers the implementation of meaningful recognition strategies to boost morale and engagement while embedding a culture of accountability. Leaders will also learn how to set clear expectations, ensure ownership of outcomes, and effectively manage team performance.
Workshop 5: Core Coaching Skills, Delegation & Team Resilience
This workshop introduces core coaching skills, enabling leaders to develop and empower their teams through effective coaching conversations. Leaders will also learn the art of delegation, ensuring responsibilities are assigned appropriately while maintaining support and oversight. The session includes strategies to build team resilience, helping individuals manage stress, adapt to challenges, and sustain high performance.
Workshop 6: Leading Through Change, Revolutionary Reviews & Wellbeing at Work
In this final workshop, leaders will develop the skills to lead teams through change with confidence, managing uncertainty and fostering adaptability. The session introduces innovative approaches to performance reviews, moving beyond traditional methods to create a dynamic and engaged workforce. Additionally, leaders will explore practical wellbeing strategies, ensuring a supportive and sustainable work environment that prioritises both performance and employee health.
