This programme is unlike any other coaching qualification. You will learn all that you need to become an engaged and effective coach in the workplace, organisation, or in your own business.
This training will develop your coaching competence and practice by learning all the practical skill you need balanced with coaching methodology and theory, applied skill, sound business knowledge, and demonstrated capability without the requirement to write or submit lengthy academic and largely theoretical essays that have little bearing on how you effectively coach in practice.
To gain the Association for Coaching Accredited Certificate in Coach Training you will evidence your efficacy and coaching capability through live coaching practice, in session observations and participation, logged and evidenced coaching hours outside of the workshop programme, record of your self study and CPD, reflective practice and two short written practical assignments.
The assignments are structured in such a way that they can be used as coaching tools that will help you further increase your coaching practice. There is no requirement to write essays about theory.
This course is about coaching in practice and we have only one objective at DNA Coach and that is:
To fill workplaces and businesses across the globe with leaders at all levels trained as a coach and working within ethical guidelines to support people and businesses to make change and move forward.
You will also have online self-paced content covering the following plus much more:

Why Become a Professional Qualified Coach?
Coaching is Transformational
No matter which stage of life or career you find yourself in, the benefits of transformational coaching are wide ranging and can leave a lasting positive impact. Working as a coach can help you to develop both as an individual and in your career, opening the door towards increased confidence, performance and more. Individual and Business Coaching is rewarding and a fulfilling career choice. As a Coach you will help people get what they most want in their personal and professional life.
Coaching is People-Centred
Coaching is all about people and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to coaching. As a coach you can help others improve the quality of their lives and achieve their goals. Many of our students have always wanted to make a difference in this world and in their workplaces. By taking a person centred approach you will learn how to encourage your coachee to share what’s on their mind, you’ll learn to listen without judgement and help your coachee to find answers for themselves through asking powerful questions.
Coaching Empowers & Inspires
The coach’s role is to nurture, empower an inspire people to perform and improve in accordance with their ever-changing needs and impulses. It is imperative coaches make a concerted effort to get to know every person they interact with and know understand what drives them to want to make continued progress. Coaching is a way to make a difference in others’ lives.
Coaching is Essential for Leadership
Coaching is an essential skill for workplace leaders. Companies are moving away from traditional command-and-control practices and toward something very different: a model in which managers and leaders give support and guidance rather than instructions, and employees learn how to adapt to constantly changing environments in ways that unleash fresh energy, innovation, and commitment.
Coaching helps you make change
Instead of dishing out advice, a good coach will ask exploratory, open ended questions and listen with genuine care and concern. You will learn that the way to do that isn’t by setting targets for them and fixing their problems; it’s by coaching with compassion. A lot of us have natural coaching skills. Asking questions, active listening, offering observations – these are all things a lot of us do in everyday conversations. You might coach someone without even realising. You’ll learn how to refine and increase these skills and learn specific techniques to help people raise their self awareness.
Coaching
unlocks potential
Coaching is about partnering with coachees in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The coaching process can help improve a person’s outlook on work and life, while improving leadership skills and unlocking potential. As a coach your task is to help people break through from one level of performance to another and to help individuals change patterns that are holding them back from achieving their potential.
Coaching connects you to your purpose

Make coaching
a habit
The demand for coaching is growing in the workplace. Businesses are realising more and more what coaching is and what it can offer. Personal development and mental health in the workplace are more widely talked about than ever before. Coaching as a daily habit has many benefits so that we are enabled to take advantage of an opportunity or challenge. Coaching in the workplace is not something that should be wheeled in and wheeled out as performance management tool, instead it should be an everyday practice and one that is provided by all levels of leadership in a business.
