DNA Coach mission is to have a world of workplaces filled with Coaches, and this is where they assemble. We have a variety of Coach Training programmes accredited by the Association for Coaching. DNA Coach is an Organisational Member of the Association for Coaching and provide the Association for Coaching Certificate in Coach Training qualification and the Leader as Coach Recognised Award.

I would like to undertake some formal coach training, which programme is right for me?
First of all, congratulations on taking the decision to become a coach and seek out some formal training. There are many ways in which you can do this. At DNA Coach we are fans of practical coach training that is backed by a globally recognised accrediting body. If you are looking for a good intro to coach training skills that is affordable and accessible that you can learn at a pace that suits you, then have a look at our Supercharged Coach programme. If you would like to complete a recognised programme learning that is trainer led over a short period of time then have a look at the Leader as Coach Recognised Award programme. If you are looking to gain a valuable training qualification that is a little more investment from you to gain an Association for Coaching Certificate then have a look at the Engaged Coach Accredited Certificate programme.
Our organisation is looking to provide coaching skills training and/or a recognised qualification for our people to become a coach, how best can you support us?
Music to our ears, super glad to hear your organisation is serious about coaching and establishing a coaching culture in your business. We’d recommend you have s conversation with our Training Director, Laura Royal to assess your needs and budget and we will provide you with a proposal for a programme of learning tailored for your people. This is the best route if you have more than eight people, you’d like to undertake coach training. We can support you with one off cohorts of a minimum of eight participants to a multi cohort programme at scale for your business.
Who is DNA Coach accredited by for coach training?
We are organisational members of the Association for Coaching (AC) and accredited by the AC to provide Leader as Coach Recognised Training and the Accredited Certificate in Coach Training qualification. DNA Coach are also undergoing our due diligence to become accredited by the International Coaching Federation in the early part of 2022 with additional Continuing Coach Education programmes available.
